Managing the user information ID Register OPERATION GUIDE To open the ID card list Follow the steps below to open ID card lists (*.icr) you created or exported from the machine. 1 Start ID Register. 2 To open an existing ID card list, select Open an existing file and click [OK] to proceed to step 4. When you work with a machine different from the one you used for creating the ID card list, select Open an existing file after modified. 3 From the file format, select the machine name in which you wish to register the user information, and click [OK]. 4 Select the ID card list (*.icr) you wish to edit, and click [Open]. 5 The ID card list home screen appears. NOTE: If you open the ID card list (*.icr) while ID Register is running, select [File]→[Open] from the menu. If you work with a machine different from the one you used for creating the ID card list, select [File]→[Open after Modified], and then select the machine name in which you wish to register the user information. 14

To open the ID card list
Follow the steps below to open ID card lists (*.icr) you created or exported from the
machine.

Start
ID Register
.

To open an existing ID card list, select
Open an existing file
and click [
OK
] to proceed to
step 4.
When you work with a machine different from the one you used for creating the ID card
list, select
Open an existing file after modified
.

From the file format, select the machine name in which you wish to register the user
information, and click [
OK
].

Select the ID card list (*.icr) you wish to edit, and click [
Open
].

The ID card list home screen appears.
NOTE:
If you open the ID card list (*.icr) while
ID Register
is running, select

File

→

Open
] from the menu. If you work with a machine different from the one you used
