Troubleshooting Error Message Checkpoints The cover is open. Is there any cover which is open? The folding tray is - open. The folding unit is - open. The phone receiver is - off the hook. The removable memory is not formatted. Is the removable memory formatted by this machine? The slit glass requires - cleaning. Toner is empty. - [C][M][Y][K] Toner is running out. - [C][M][Y][K] Tray # is full of paper. Is the acceptable storage capacity exceeded? Unknown toner installed. Is the installed toner container our own brand? Unknown Toner Installed. PC [C][M][Y][K] Does the installed toner container's regional specification match the machine's? Corrective Actions Close the cover indicated on the touch panel. Set the folding tray. Reference Page - - Close the folding unit. - Put down the receiver. - Perform [Format] on this machine. - Clean the slit glass using the cleaning 11-16 cloth supplied with the document processor. Replace the toner container to our 11-2 specified toner container. It is almost time to replace the toner - container. Obtain a new toner container. Remove the paper. Printing then - resumes. We will not be liable for any damage - caused by the use of third party supplies in this machine. Install the specified container. - 12-16
