Getting Started 3. Install the SIM card Slide the SIM card into the SIM card slot (as shown below). Make sure that the gold contact area on the card is facing downwards. To remove the SIM card, slide it gently in the opposite direction. 4. Install the battery Insert the top of the battery first into the battery compartment. Ensure that the battery contacts align with the terminals on the phone. Press the bottom of the battery down until it snaps into place. 5. Replace the back cover Place the back cover over the battery compartment, then slide the cover upwards until it clicks into place (as depicted below). 12

3. Install the SIM card
Slide the SIM card into the SIM card slot
