AT&T Address Book
To Activate Address Book
From the home screen, press the
Right
Soft Key
for
Menu
.
Select
Address Book (1)
.
When you first access your Address Book,
you will be asked if you want to sync your
phone with AT&T Address Book. Press the
Left Soft Key
for
Yes
.
If you already have contacts on your
phone, choose to keep or delete them
before syncing.
Press the
OK Key
.
To Add Contacts
From the home screen, press the
Right
Soft Key
for
Menu
.
Select
Address Book (1)
and choose
Contact List (1)
.
Press the
Right Soft Key
for
New
.
Enter the contact’s information, and
press the
Right Soft Key
for
Save
to save
the contact.
Customizing Your Phone
Text and Picture Messaging
Set Shortcut
From the home screen, press the
Left Soft
Key
for
Go To
.
To assign a new shortcut, highlight an
unassigned slot and press the
OK Key
.
Press the
OK Key
to select an application
and then press the
Left Soft Key

Assign
.
To remove or change a shortcut, highlight a
slot and press the
Left Soft Key

Options
.
Choose
Change Menu (1)
or
Remove
Menu (3)
and follow the on-screen
instructions.
Adjust Font
From the home screen, press the
Right Soft
Key

Menu
.
Select
Settings (0)
and choose
Display (3)
.
Select
Fonts (3)
and choose either
Dial Digit (1)
or
Menu & Lists (2)
. Steps may
vary slightly from this point.
Highlight a font size and press the
OK Key

Set
.
From the home screen, press the

Menu
.
Select
Messaging (2)
and choose
Create
Message (1)
.
Enter your message.
To add a picture, press the
Right Soft Key

Insert
.
Select
Picture (2)
to choose a photo from
your album, or select
Take New Picture (5)
.
Press the
OK Key

Send To
.
Highlight a contact and press the
OK Key
to select the contact as a recipient.
Press the
Right Soft Key
for
Send
.

Calling and Voicemail
Camera
Make a Call
From the home screen, press the
Right Soft
Key

Menu
.
Select
Address Book (1)
and choose
Contact List (1)
.
Select the name of the contact you wish to
call using the
Navigation Key
or by typing the
first few letters of the contact’s name.
Press the
Send Key
to place a call to the
selected contact.
Access Voicemail
From the home screen, press and hold the
1 Key
.
Follow voice prompts to listen to messages.
Enter a passcode, if applicable.
Take a Picture
From the home screen, press the
Camera Key
.
Press the
Left Soft Key
to access camera
settings such as color effects, white
balance, image quality, and more. Press
the
Right Soft Key
for
Close
to close the
camera settings.
Press the
OK Key
or the
Camera Key
to take a picture.
Send a Picture
After taking a picture, press
left
on the
Navigation Key
to highlight
and press the
OK Key
.
Press the
OK Key
for
Message
.
Enter a message and press the
OK Key
for
Send To
.
Highlight a contact and press the
OK Key
to select the contact as a recipient.
Press the
Right Soft Key
for
Send
.
