problems you have encountered with your phone are described in this section, before taking the phone in for service or calling a service representative. 1. Hard Reset. 6. Connecting to Wi-Fi networks To use Wi-Fi on your phone, you need to access a wireless access point or "hotspot." Some access points Fi network: 1.
