MAKE SURE "ENABLE READING FROM A MEMORY DEVICE OVER THE NETWORK FROM YOUR PRINTER" IS SELECTED IN THE PREFERENCES DIALOG OF THE NETWORK CARD READER (MACINTOSH ONLY) Notes: • This is available only in Mac OS X version 10.6. • If you have several applications open, then make sure that the Network Card Reader is the active application. Otherwise, the correct menu bar does not appear. Wireless troubleshooting checklist
Before beginning to troubleshoot the wireless printer, verify the following:
The printer, the computer, and the wireless access point are all plugged in and turned on.
The wireless network is working properly.
Try accessing other computers on your wireless network.
