7003-XXX Symptom tables POST symptom table These symptoms may appear during the POST (Power-on Self Test). See "Power-On Reset (POR) sequence" on page 2-1 for the sequence when the MFP is turned on. POST symptom table Symptom The main motor, cooling fan, and fuser do not come on. POST completes except lights do not come on. POST complete except display does not function. Main motor does not come on. Black boxes appear on the display, and the MFP fails to function Fan does not come on. Fuser lamp does not come on. Fuser lamp never turns off. The paper feed picks and tries to feed paper. CCD Lamp fails to illuminate. False Scanner Lock displayed. Action See "Controller card service check" on page 2-21.
