Introduction to DigiCell Access Point Mode Click on "Setting" button of the Access Point Mode and the following screen will display. IP Sharing Click on this icon to enable/disable the IP sharing. The default of this setting is disabled. Disabled. Enabled. Enabling/disabling IP sharing depends on the different situation. For example: 1. If your family and you are getting on Internet at home with multi computers, and your ISP only provides one IP for you, you may need to enable IP Sharing function in order to use this one IP to get on Internet with multi computers simultaneously. 2. If you are getting on Internet in office, usually the LAN card will automatically get the IP this computer uses. In this case you don't have to enable this function. SSID Means Service Set Identifier, a unique name shared among all points in a wireless network. It must be identical for all points in the network. Then the card will be able to connect to an access point with the same SSID. Channel Specifies the operating radio frequency channel in Infrastructure mode, which should be set to an available one (ex: with less traffic to ensure the stable and better connection). Associated Client List This option is to display information of stations that are currently associated to your wireless gateway.
