These are the items that you will need to install your

TrafficKit:

(a)

TrafficKit Receiver,

(b)

Magellan

RoadMate Receiver and

(c)

TrafficKit FM Antenna.

Locate the TrafficKit Receiver.

2.

Connect the TrafficKit Receiver to the right side of the

Magellan RoadMate as indicated.

3.

Next, locate the FM Antenna.

4.

Plug the FM Antenna into the TrafficKit Receiver.

Make sure you push the connector all the way.

5.

Attach the Cigarette Lighter Adapter to the

TrafficKit Receiver.

6.

Attach the cradle and mount to the Magellan

RoadMate 3000T.

7.

Mount the assembly in your vehicle using the method

desired (windshield, adapter plate or other). Attach

the FM antenna to the vehicle’s windshield using the

suction cups. The antenna should be placed in an

area where it will be able to receive traffic signals.

Make sure you have the power cable looped into the

stress relief loop as seen here.
