Your Maytag Neptune® washer is designed to use either high efficiency (HE) detergents or regular detergents normally used with top-loading washers. • formulated for top-loading washers, it is important to pay close attention to the soil level of the load, load size, and water hardness**. Load is Too Wet at End of Cycle • Use max extract option. • Try using a high efficiency detergent to reduce sudsing. • Load is too small.Very small loads (one or two items) may become unbalanced and not spin out completely. POINTS IF YOUR MAYTAG® NEPTUNE® WASHER... Won't Fill • Be sure the door is tightly closed. • Plug cord into a live electrical outlet. • Check fuse or reset circuit breaker. • Press the start/pause pad. • Turn both faucets on fully. • Straighten inlet hoses. • Disconnect hoses and clean screens - Maytag MAH5500BWW | Use and Care Guide - Page 13
