The correct temperature It is very important to set the correct temperature for storing food in the appliance. Bacteria will cause food which is not stored at the correct temperature to deteriorate rapidly. Temperature influences the growth rate of these bacteria. Temperature range The temperature can be adjusted from 7°F (-14°C) to -11°F (-24°C). The ambient temperature in the room and the installation location can affect the time it takes for the appliance to reach the lowest temperature.
