Scan bar code menus to set up proper communication of the scanner with the host. • Keyboard Wedge connection to a host. Getting Started 1 - 3 Setting Up the Scanner Installing the Interface Cable 1. Plug the interface cable modular connector into the cable interface port on the bottom of the scanner handle. Table 2-1 defines beep sequences that occur during both normal scanning and while programming the scanner.
