N600 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router Premium Edition WNDR3800 • If your wireless device finds the network but you cannot join the network, check to make sure that your wireless device is compatible with the network that you selected (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz). • Does your wireless device support the security that you are using for your wireless network (WPA or WPA2)? • To check the wireless settings for the router, use an Ethernet cable to connect a computer to a LAN port on the router. Then log in to the router and look on the dashboard on the Basic Home screen: You can click the Wireless pane to view more details. Be sure to configure both sections (for 2.4 GHz b/g/n and 5 GHz a/n) on the Wireless Settings screen and to click Apply if you make changes. If your wireless device finds the network but you cannot join the network, check to make
sure that your wireless device is compatible with the network that you selected (2.4 GHz

GHz).
Does your wireless device support the security that you are using for your wireless

To check the wireless settings for the router, use an Ethernet cable to connect a computer
