4. Install a new toner cartridge in the drum, then
close the cover and turn the printer back on.
Type
C2
Note: You also need a new Type C2 toner cartridge to replace the image drum.
To avoid damage to the drum:
•
Keep it away from light: unwrap the new drum only when you are ready to install it.
•
Be careful to avoid touching the shiny green drum surface.
1. Turn the printer off, then open the cover and remove the old
drum and toner, discarding them in accordance with local
regulations.

Remove the protective sheet

Push the tab (

) in the
direction of the arrow and remove the blanking plate (

) from drum.

Place the drum in printer,
being careful to match
the correct color position.
