Unpack the replacement fuser and remove any shipping
materials.

Lower the fuser into the printer. Push down on the back
end (
1
) until you feel it snap into place, then push down
on the front end (
2
) until you feel it snap into place.

Close the printer cover and turn the printer back on.
Caution! The fuser unit may be HOT. Be sure to let it cool
down before attempting to replace it.

Turn the printer off.

Pull up on the handle and lift the cover.
3
Push the blue lock levers (circled) at either end of the
fuser unit to the left (toward the open cover) to release the
fuser, then lift the fuser out of the printer and discard it.
