Section 9 - Regulatory Information Federal Communications Commission Radio Frequency Interference Statement This equipment generates and uses radio frequency energy. If not installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions, this equipment may cause interference with radio/TV reception. The Federal Communications Commission has established technical standards regarding radio frequency energy emitted by computing devices. This equipment complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules, subject to the following conditions: This device may not cause harmful interference; and it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. There is no guaranteed that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If you suspect that this equipment is interfering with radio/TV reception try the following: • While observing the interference, turn the suspect equipment off and back on. If the inteference stops when you turn the equipment off , and starts again when you turn the equipment on, the equipment is probably the source of your problem. • Connect the equipment and the receiver to different electrical outlets. • Increase the distance between the equipment and the receiver. • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. • Consult your dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for additional advice.
