Recording with Manual Focus If auto focusing is difficult due to the conditions, then use Manual Focus. ≥ Press the Intelligent auto/Manual button to switch to Manual Mode. (l 53) 1 (When MF assist function is used) Select the menu. : [RECORD SETUP] # [MF ASSIST] # [ON] ≥ Display the operation icon by pressing the ENTER button, and switch to manual icon by pressing 4. 2 Select [MF] using the cursor button to change to Manual Focus. ≥ MF appears on the screen. 3 Press 2/1 to adjust the focus. MF MF : To focus on a close subject MF : To focus on a faraway subject 5/5 NEXT The in-focus area is displayed in blue.
