Shared Phonebook Changing group names The default group name is "Group 1" to "Group 9". 1 M N a MMENUN 2 MbN: "Group" a MSELECTN 3 MbN: Select the desired group. a MSELECTN 4 MbN: "Group name" a MSELECTN 5 Edit the name (10 characters max.; page 21). a MSAVEN 6 MOFFN 4M N Editing entries 1 Find the desired entry (page 22). a MEDITN 2 Edit the name if necessary (16 characters max.; page 21). a MOKN 3 Edit the phone number if necessary (24 digits max.). a MOKN 4 MbN: Select the desired group (page 21). a MSELECTN 2 times 5 MOFFN Finding and calling from a phonebook entry Scrolling through all entries 1M N 2 MbN: Select the desired entry. 3M N Erasing entries Erasing an entry 1 Find the desired entry (page 22). 2 MERASEN a MbN: "Yes" 3 MSELECTN a MOFFN Searching by first character 1M N 2 Press the dial key (0 - 9 or #) which contains the character you are searching for (page 21). R Press the same dial key repeatedly to display the first entry corresponding to each character located on that dial key. R If there is no entry corresponding to the character you selected, the next entry is displayed. 3 MbN: Scroll through the phonebook if necessary. 4M N Searching by group 1 M N a MGROUPN 2 MbN: Select the group you want to search. a MSELECTN R If you select "All groups", the unit ends the group search. 3 MbN: Select the desired entry. Erasing all entries 1 M N a MMENUN 2 MbN: "Erase all" a MSELECTN 3 MbN: "Yes" a MSELECTN 4 MbN: "Yes" a MSELECTN 5 MOFFN Chain dial This feature allows you to dial phone numbers in the phonebook while you are on a call.
