Remote Control Battery Installation Requires two AA batteries (supplied). 1. While pressing in on the catch, open cover in direction of arrow. 2. Helpful Hints: (1) Frequent Remote Control users choose long-lasting Alkaline batteries as replacements. (2) Whenever batteries are removed, you may need to reset Remote Control infrared codes. We suggest making a note of the codes on page 56 prior to setting up the remote. Reset All Memory Functions Use when moving unit to a new location, or when First Time Setup needs to be done over.
