ASSEMBLY HOW TO SET UP YOUR TRACTOR CONNECT BATTERY (See Figs. 2 and 3) CAUTION: Do not Open battery box door. Remove terminal protective caps and discard. OPERATION TO OPERATE MOWER (See Fig. 8) Your tractor is equipped with an operator presence sensing switch. TIPS 9 Tire chains cannot be used when the mower housing is attached to tractor. • Mower should be properly leveled for best mowing performance. SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENTS TO LEVEL MOWER HOUSING Adjust the mower while tractor is parked on level ground or driveway. Make sure tires are properly inflated (See "PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS" on page 2 of this manual). If tires are over or underinflated, you will not properly adjust your mower. FRONT WHEEL TOE-IN/CAMBER The front wheel toe-in and camber are not adjustable on your tractor due to slow leaks, tire sealant may be purchased from your local parts dealer. SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENTS TO START ENGINE WITH A WEAK BATTERY (See Fig. 26) a or damaged wiring may cause your tractor to run poorly, stop running, or prevent it from starting. • Check wiring. THE FACTORY HIGH SPEED SETTING CAN BE DANGEROUS.
