8. Apply a generous amount of the included grease to the Upper Body Axle (71). Insert the Upper Body Axle into the Upright (10). Be careful not to damage the Upper Wire Harness (65). x 23mm Patch Shoulder Screw (103), an Axle Cover (66), and an M8 x 23mm x 1mm Washer (102). Repeat this step for the other side of the elliptical exerciser. 11. CROSS TRAINING WORKOUT 1. Turn on the console. See step 1 on page 15. 2. Select a cross training workout.
