1. PREPARATION BEFORE USE:
a. Make sure the use rate current is equal to or less than 10A, and that no other
high-power appliance is plugged into the same socket.
b. The voltage is: AC120V 60HZ
c. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
d. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

2. OPERATION:
a. Remove the firelighter from the base.
b. The metal container fulfilling charcoal must be placed on the level and stable surface,
insert the firelighter into the charcoal.
c. Put the firelighter’s heating element close; touch the charcoal adequately, connect the
appliance to the power supply socket.
d. In 10-15 minute, the charcoal will be fired.
e. After the charcoal has been fired, disconnect the power, unplug the firelighter before
removal from the fire. Carefully pull out the firelighter from the charcoal and put it on
the base for cooling.
3. SAFETY CAUTION:
a. Ensure the firelighter is properly positioned and placed on a stable, secure surface.
b. Do not place the firelighter on flammable, sensitive tabletops (such as wooden, rub-
ber, glass, etc.).
c. Do not put the power cord close to fire, high temperatures or under a carpet or blan-
kets.
d. Never try to touch/clean/move the heater before it is cooled down.
e. The current should not less than 10A.
f. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
g. The charcoal container must be a metal container, and its caliber should be bigger
than the firelighter heating element.
h. This firelighter should only be used for charcoal, please don’t use it to light other
materials.
i. Allow the firelighter to cool down before storage;
j. Do not expose to rain or moisture
4. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
a. Make sure the firelighter is completely cooled down before cleaning.
b. Please do not immerse the firelighter in liquid to clean.
c. Please clean the firelighter with a soft damp cloth.
d. It is normal that the surface of the heater will oxidate when used for a long time.
