Picture The first part of connecting your TV is to get the picture, also known as the signal. The back panel of your TV need to call your cable company or satellite service provider. They'll use special cables to screen in the Initial Setup, make sure you set the options for using a digital signal - RCA L32WD12 | User Guide & Warranty - Page 7
