4.8.2 Transfer Current Adjustment ADJUSTMENT STANDARD: dc --100 ± 5 µA (Leading edge to 20 mm from the trailing edge) dc --150 ± 5 µA (20 mm trailing edge) 1 Connect the multimeter as shown above. 2. Set the multimeter range at dc 200 µA. 3. Plug in the machine and turn on the main switch. 4. Access SP mode and select No. --12. 5. Press the key to turn on the transfer corona. 6. Check the multimeter. Press the voltage using and --100 ± 5 µA. key and then change the keys so that the transfer current is dc 7. If the voltage is within that of the standard voltage, press the key. 8. Select SP mode No. --13. 9. Press the key to turn on the transfer corona. 10. Check the multimeter. Press the voltage using and --150 ± 5 µA. key and then change the keys so that the transfer current is dc 11. If the voltage is within that of the standard voltage, press the key. SM 5-23 A163
