About the lens mount The Schneider D-XENON/SAMSUNG lens is an interchangeable lens specifically designed for the SAMSUNG GX -series digital SLR camera. The KAF/KAF2-mount of the Schneider D-XENON/SAMSUNG lens is similar to conventional SLR lenses, but the lens cannot be used on 35 mm SLR cameras. - Samsung 16-45 | User Manual Ver.1.0 (English) - Page 8

1 Changing the Focus Mode Use the camera's focus mode switch to change between the auto focus (SAF, CAF) mode and manual focus mode. For details, refer to your camera's manual. 1. Quick-Shift Focus System (GX -series cameras only) If you use the lens with an GX -series camera and the focus mode is set to autofocus, you can focus manually after autofocus is achieved.
