Troubleshooting 73 If the paper does not come out with the duplex unit, remove the paper from the bottom of the machine. 5 Remove the jammed paper as shown in the following figure. 2 1 If you still do not see the paper, go to the next step. 3 Insert the duplex unit into the machine. 1 3 3 6 Close the rear cover. Printing automatically resumes. 4 Open the rear cover.
