Section 9: Voice Service This section explains how to use your phone's speech recognition software to place calls and to launch a number of your phone's features. Launching Voice Service Voice Service is state-of-the-art voice recognition software for your mobile phone that lets you dial numbers, lookup contact information, and open applications using your voice. To launch Voice Service, do the following: 1. From a Home screen, tap Menu ➔ Menu 3 ➔ Tools ➔ Voice Service. The Voice Service menu appears in the display with the following available options: • Voice Commands: Launches the voice recognition function, letting you place calls, access your Contacts list, review your Calendar, and more by speaking commands into your phone.
