Bluetooth Service Profiles Bluetooth profiles are specifications for services supported by individual devices. Profiles improve the ability of different devices to work together. Tip: You can find a list of supported profiles on your phone. Select MENU ➔ Settings & Tools ➔ Bluetooth Menu ➔ Options ➔ Supported Profiles. Your phone supports these Bluetooth profiles: Headset: HSP profile supports the use of a compatible Bluetooth headset for mono voice. Handsfree: HFP profile supports Bluetooth headsets, and may also support other compatible Bluetooth devices with speakerphone capabilities, such as car kits or conference room devices. Stereo: A2DP, AVRCP, GAVDP, AVDTP and AVCTP profiles support delivery of stereo audio to a compatible Bluetooth device, such as a headset or speakers. Phonebook Access: PBAP profile allows sharing of your name card and contact entries as vCards with a compatible Bluetooth device. Basic Printing: BPP profile allows printing of JPEG files to a Bluetooth-enabled printer. Basic Imaging: BIP profile allows sending of non-protected images for storing and printing. Object Push: OPP profile allows sending and receiving of contact name cards (vCard 3.0), calendar events (vCalendar 2.0), and other non-protected data between devices. Serial Port: SPP profile allows a remote Bluetooth device to act as a virtual serial port. Note: This phone does not support all Bluetooth profiles.
