8. At the Delete? confirm screen, press the Yes soft key to continue, or the No soft key to cancel. 9. Enter the password and press the Confirm soft key or the key. 10. When you are finished, press the key to return to Idle mode. Checking the Memory Status You can check how many names and numbers are stored in the Address book, in both SIM card and the phone memory. You can also see the capacity of both memories. 1. When the Idle screen displays, press the Menu soft key. 2. Highlight Address Book, press the Select soft key or the key. 3. Press the Options soft key. 4. Select Memory Status by pressing the Up or Down Navigation key and press the Select soft key or the key. 5. When you are finished viewing your phone's Memory Status, press the key to return to Idle mode. Using the Service Dialing Numbers You can view the list of Service Dialing Numbers (SDN) assigned by your service provider. These numbers include emergency numbers, customer service numbers and directory inquiries. 1. When the Idle screen displays, press the Menu soft key. 2. Highlight Address Book, press the Select soft key or the key. 3. Press the Options soft key. 4. Select Service Number, by pressing the Up or Down Navigation key and press the Select soft key or the key. 5. Scroll through the numbers by using the Up or Down Navigation key. 6. To dial the number displayed, press the key. Note: This menu is available only when your SIM card supports Service Dialing Numbers. Section 6: Understanding Your Address Book 59
