Example: You wish to say something to person in the room, but do not want the person on the phone to hear you. Note: If you are already in Video Share or you have a call on hold, you need to select Mute/Unmute. To switch the microphone off temporarily during a call: 1. Touch Mute. Note: The Join option combines all of the calls you have established with your phone (both active and on hold). Swap places the current call on hold and then activates the previous call. The Call Waiting feature allows you to answer an incoming call

To answer a call while you have a call in progress:
