Software Update The Software Update feature enables you to use your phone to connect to the network and upload any new phone software directly to your phone. The phone automatically updates with the latest available software when you access this option. ᮣ From Idle mode, touch ➔ Settings ➔ Software update. The phone automatically updates the software (if available). LogMeIn Diagnostic Tool LogMeIn provides fast, secure, on-demand access to your smartphone for end-user support anytime from any location. ᮣ Dial 611 to contact support personnel. The person on the phone provides instructions for this feature. 178
