Phone Basics 5. In a single motion, touch and slide End Call to the right when you are finished. Tip: To redial your last outgoing call, touch either Redial or access the Recent screen and then touch the number from the list. You can also place calls from your phone by using speed dialing numbers from your Contacts (page 31) and using your History listings (page 54). Dialing Options When you enter numbers from the Dialer, touch the Dialer Options icon ( ) to display the two dialing options. To initiate an option, touch the corresponding button. ⅷ Pause: Insert a hard pause to the current phone number. A hard pause requires that any consecutive numbers be manually sent by touching Talk. (See "Saving a Phone Number" on page 29.) ⅷ Save: Enter a seven-digit or ten-digit number (phone number and area code) and touch Save to save the phone number in your Contacts.
