The file transmission may be interrupted by static electricity. Disconnect the USB cable and connect it again. Videos may not play on some video player programs. To play video files captured with your camera, install and use the Intelli-studio program on your computer. (p. 91) Situation Intelli-studio is not functioning properly Suggested remedies • End Intelli-studio and restart the program. • You cannot use Intelli-studio on Macintosh computers. • Make sure that PC Software is set to On in the settings menu.
