Inserting the battery and memory card Learn how to insert the battery and an optional memory card into the camera. Memory card Rechargeable battery Insert a memory card with the gold-colored contacts facing up. Insert the battery with the Samsung logo facing up. Removing the battery and memory card Rechargeable battery Battery lock Slide the lock down to release the battery. Push the card gently until it disengages from the camera, and then pull it out of the slot. Memory card Using the memory card adapter To use micro memory cards with this product, a PC, or a memory card reader, insert the card into an adapter.
