Water leakage

Avoid overloading the washer with too much clothing.

•

Check the connection of the water supply hoses.

•

Make sure the drain hose is inserted securely and the stand pipe is not clogged.

•

Check if the door seals are clean and undamaged.

•

Make sure to use the proper amount of HE (High-Efficiency) detergent.

•

Make sure the washer is set on a level surface. If the surface isn’t level,

adjust the washer feet to level the appliance.

•

Make sure the shipping bolts are removed and the laundry load is balanced.

Noise & Vibrations

Doesn’t drain

•

Make sure the debris filter is not clogged.

•

Make sure the drain hose is not kinked, bent, or damaged.

•

Make sure the drain hose matches the recommended height.

•

Make sure both faucets are open and the hoses are connected properly.

•

Make sure the drain hose is not kinked, clogged, or switched.

•

Check if the washer hose and mesh filter screens are clean.

•

Check if the drain hose is inserted properly.

Doesn’t fill or fills with the wrong temperature water

Make sure the power cord is plugged into a live electrical outlet and that the

circuit breaker has not been tripped.

Make sure the door is firmly closed and your washer is plugged in.
