document in the tray, enter the recipient’s

address, or use its Global Address Book to look

up an e-mail address and hit start. Documents

are automatically converted to PDF or TIFF

format and sent as an attachment.

Send to Network Folders

Reduce paperwork and related storage costs by

sending documents directly to a network folder.

Simplify filing and paper handling for busy front

offices in just a few steps.

Send to FTP

Need to share multiple-page documents that

are too big to e-mail? With Send to FTP, you

can scan documents up to 30 pages per

destination and post to an FTP address.
