Language for the On-screen Display This camcorder allows you to choose English, French or Spanish as the on-screen display language. Basic Operations Basic Operations Camera Recording Zooming Auto Focus Zooming allows you your videos. When you want to record a magnified image of a subject which is within approximately 5 feet (1.5 m) of the camcorder, do not zoom in on it. Instead, zoom out all the way by pushing the Power Zoom - Sharp VL-NZ50U | Operation Manual - Page 31

Basic Operations Video Search Still The video search function makes it easy to search for a desired scene on the tape. The digital zoom allows you to record powerful close-up pictures with the same operation as normal zooming. Appendix Turning off the Confirmation Sound A confirmation sound is made when you turn on or off the Power switch, press the REC START/STOP button, or perform other designated operations.
