Pressing the key creates a subtotal in the foreign currency. V When using a programmed currency conversion rate, press the key after item entries, then enter the A tendered amount in foreign currency if not exact amount payment, and press the key. When making a manual entry of currency conversion rate, after item entries, enter the conversion rate (0.0000 to V 9999.9999; you need a decimal point when you enter fractional conversion rate) and press the key, then A enter the tendered amount in foreign currency if not exact amount payment, and press the key. In both cases, the change due will be displayed in domestic currency, and when the amount tendered is short, the deficit is shown in domestic currency. l V • Press the key after pressing the key to cancel payment in a foreign currency. • If programmed, a foreign currency symbol is printed when you use a prest rate. Currency conversion
The register allows payment entries in a foreign currency (only cash payment is available).
Pressing the
V
key
creates a subtotal in the foreign currency.
When using a programmed currency conversion rate, press the
V
key after item entries, then enter the
tendered amount in foreign currency if not exact amount payment, and press the
A
key.
When making a manual entry of currency conversion rate, after item entries, enter the conversion rate (0.0000 to
9999.9999; you need a decimal point when you enter fractional conversion rate) and press the
V
key, then
enter the tendered amount in foreign currency if not exact amount payment, and press the
A
key.
In both cases, the change due will be displayed in domestic currency, and when the amount tendered is short,
the deficit is shown in domestic currency.
• Press the
