EricssonNoMtofboilreCCoommmmerucniiaclatUisoens AB Receiving a Second Call If the Call waiting service is on, you hear a tone in the earpiece if you receive a second call. The number or name of the caller is normally shown at the top of the display together with a list of the alternatives: Answer, Busy and Release&answer. If the incoming call is a restricted number, the display shows Withheld. To put the ongoing call on hold and answer the waiting call • Press Y E S to answer the waiting call. The current call is now put on hold. To continue the ongoing call and reject the waiting call • Select Busy and press Y E S . The waiting call is rejected. Note: If Divert when busy is on, the waiting call is diverted to the number you have specified. To end the ongoing call and answer the waiting call • Select Release&answer and press Y E S . Handling Two Calls When you have one active call and one call on hold, you can do one of the following: To switch between the two calls • Press Y E S . To end the active call and return to the call on hold 1. Press NO . The question Retrieve call? appears. 2. Press Y E S . If you press N O , the call on hold is also ended. To end both calls • Scroll to Ongoing call, Y E S , Release all, Y E S . To connect the two calls • Scroll to Ongoing call, Y E S , Transfer call, Y E S . The two calls are now connected to each other, and you are disconnected from both. Please contact your network operator for charging details. To join the two calls into a Conference call • Scroll to Ongoing call, Y E S , Join calls, Y E S . See 'Conference calls' below. 98 More than One Call
