Table of Contents Menu Lists 4:3 Select this to view your movies and photos on a 4:3 standard TV. The recorded movies and photos are played back as shown below. Movies and photos Movies and photos recorded in 16:9 recorded in 4:3 mode (wide) mode Frame Packing Outputs the right and left images in high definition image quality as they were recorded. Side-by-Side Halves the resolution of the right and left images in high definition image quality, and outputs the right and left images aligned side by side. Notes Horizontal to vertical ratio of movies is 16:9. Component Select [Component] when connecting this product to a TV with the component input jack. 480i (576i) Select this when connecting this product to a TV with the component input jack. 1080i Select this when connecting this product to a TV that has the component input jack and is capable of displaying the 1080i signal. 1080p Select this when connecting this product to a TV that has the component input jack and is capable of displaying the 1080p signal. HDMI 3D Setting Select the output format of the right and left images when connecting this product to a 3D TV with the HDMI cable. Auto Normal setting (outputs the images according to the TV, automatically). HDMI Resolution Select the output image resolution when connecting this product to a TV with the HDMI cable. Auto Normal setting (outputs the signal according to the TV automatically). 1080p Outputs movies with a 1080p signal. 1080i Outputs movies with a 1080i signal. 720p Outputs movies with a 720p signal 480p (576p) Outputs the 480p (576p) signal. 480i (576i) Outputs the 480i (576i) signal. Notes When [ Frame Rate] is set to [60p] ([50p]) and [HDMI Resolution] is set to [720p] or [480p] ([576p]), HDMI signals cannot be output during recording. Index GB 67
