21 Preparing the Recorder Using the power saving mode To save battery power, the power saving mode is set to "ON" by default. 31 Preparing the Recorder Displaying the file information STOP You can display the file information of the current file by pressing STOP in the stop mode. About compatible microSD cards You can use microSD/microSDHC cards with the IC recorder. Due to the file system specifications of the IC recorder, you can record and play back an LPCM file smaller than 2 GB, and an MP3/WMA/AAC‑LC file smaller than 1 GB using a microSD card.
