Turning the IC Recorder On or Off Turning the power off Slide the HOLD switch in the direction of the arrow in the stop mode. "HOLD" lights up and the key mark flashes and then "POWER OFF" is displayed. The IC recorder turns off within a few seconds. Recording/Playback Messages The recording starts when the IC recorder detects sound. The recording pauses when no sound is detected and " "and " " flash. Notes You need a certain amount of free space in the memory to divide a message. For more information, see "System Limitations" on page 100. Transferring Files from Your Computer to the IC Recorder You can play back music or language files (MP3/WMA*) from your computer using the IC recorder.
