FD Trinitron

® WEGA® Flat Screen Technology is the basis of Sony's award

winning line of visually flat televisions. The FD Trinitron sets deliver incredible image accuracy, wide viewing

corner detail. The visually flat FD Trintron® tube minimizes annoying

glare from light sources, which enhances contrast. Detail, corner

corner, is rendered more accurately because

images aren't distorted by a curved screen. Squares are square, straight lines appear straight, and circles are

circular.

ATSC Integrated Tuner

allows the reception of local, off

air digital broadcasts providing the viewing of FREE,

true standard definition digital network programming without the addition of a set top box or a monthly fee.

Audio Effect

SRS technology retrieves the spatial information that is lost during ordinary audio

compression from any stereo recording and restores the original three

dimensional sound field. As a result, the

reproduced sound is much closer to what the artist originally intended and to that of a live performance. A natural

3D sound image is created from any two

speaker stereo system. And because it is based on characteristics of the

human hearing system SRS delivers natural, non

fatiguing sound without a discernable sweet spot limitation,

allowing for superb sound from any listening position.
