Preparations Connecting to a Cable Box (STB) Depending on the output jacks on your cable or satellite receiver set-top box (STB), you can use either the base station's VHF/UHF input (as shown below) or the video inputs (1 page 9). Before you register your computer with the base station and display TV on the computer, you need to install LocationFree Player on the computer (1 page 32). 1 With the base station powered on, press the [SETUP MODE] button on the rear panel of the base station. TV and Videos on LocationFree Player Connecting to the Base Station You can watch TV, videos, and DVDs by starting LocationFree Player and connecting to the base station. LocationFree Player Problem Cannot connect a computer to the base station via a wireless connection. Cannot register a computer on the base station.
