Introduction Recording Playback Editing 5 Press SELECT/ENTER. Copying starts. A new title with the same contents is created on the SELECT/ same disc. ENTER The job progress is displayed on the screen and the front panel display. When the job finishes, the graph disappears. You can set the recorder to turn off automatically when the job finishes. (1) During the operation, press QUICK MENU button. (2) Press / buttons to select "Auto power off". (3) Press SELECT/ENTER button. Notes • Copying a Playlist makes an Original, leaving the Playlist as it is. • A title or a chapter becomes a title by being copied. • Copying is interrupted when a program recording is about to start. • This function is available only for copying contents on a DVD-RAM disc to the same disc. • If copying is not allowed due to some conditions, such as lack of disc space, etc., a message will appear. Follow the procedure indicated there. • Depending on the contents, some reference information or appendix data may not be copied. • A title that contains a still picture cannot be copied. To cancel copying halfway through the operation 1) During copying, press QUICK MENU. Quick Menu appears. 2) Press / to select "Cancel dubbing", then press SELECT/ENTER.
