Disc playback Instant skip / Locating a specific scene Instant skip Use this function to skip commercials while playback. Press INSTANT SKIP during playback. The time jumps to a point approx. 30 seconds later and playback resumes. NOTE: With some DVD-Video, the Instant skip operation may not work. Locating a specific scene Specify the time recorded on the disc, chapter/track or title to playback. 1 Press PLAY MODE. The play mode screen will appear. Play mode Repeat Off Titles 01 / 11 Chapters 01 / 16 Time 2 Press or to select "Titles", "Chapters/Track" or "Time". Titles: Select the title number to be played back. Chapters: Select the chapter number to be played back. Time: Input the time to be played back. Play mode Repeat Off Titles Chapters Time 00:16:54 The screen above shows the display when "Time" is selected. 3 When "Time" is selected, input the time to be played back with the numeric buttons. When "Titles" or "Chapters/Track" is selected, press or to select the chapter/track number or title number. 4 Press ENTER. The playback starts at the point you selected.
