User Programming 8 User programming enables you to change your telephone's layout/registration and other settings. With user programming you can re-define Flexible Buttons to perform other functions. • Enter numbers in your personal Speed Dial list • Program One Touch and Flexible Buttons • Register Call Forward assignments for easy use (max. of four buttons per telephone) • Assign Message Waiting Keys • Assign the background music (BGM) source to be played over the telephone's speaker Note User Programming applies to LCD telephones only. Programming Feature Buttons Digital telephone users can use the programming mode for customizing their Toshiba telephones without the aid of an Administrator or Service Technician. The User Programming mode is accessed with a Program button assigned to a Flexible Button or through an access code. User Programming enables users to customize these features: • Flexible Buttons - Toshiba telephones have 10, 14, or 20 Flexible Buttons to which the user can assign any one of approximately 50 different features (DND, ACB, Release, etc.). Once assigned to a button, the feature is accessed by pressing that button. other settings. With user programming you can re-define Flexible Buttons to perform
other functions.
Enter numbers in your personal Speed Dial list
Program One Touch and Flexible Buttons
