Shut down all applications on the connected equipment because automatic UPS shutdown is imminent. 6. UPS maintenance • Replacing the internal battery - TOWER 0-3KVA The internal battery is heavy. Use caution when handling heavy batteries. To replace the battery pack: 1. Unlock the lugs on the upper part of the front panel. 2. Rotate the front face. 3. Remove the lower part of the front panel. 8. Pull out the plastic handle of the battery pack, and slide the pack out slowly on to a flat and stable surface. Use two hands to support the battery pack.
