the Top Frame (55) on top of the Front Upright (42) between the Weight Guides (62). Attach the Top Frame to the Front Upright with two M10 x 60mm Bolts (7), the Support Plate (71), and two M10 Nylon Locknuts (21). Attach the Weight Guides (62) to the Top Frame (55) with the M10 x 155mm Bolt (60 - Weider 8150 | Instruction Manual - Page 9
on page 18 to find the approximate amount of resistance at each weight station. LOCKING THE WEIGHT STACK To prevent unapproved use of the weight system, insert the Locking Bar (83) into the indicated hole in one of the Weight Guides (62). correct the problem. IMPORTANT: If the cables are not properly installed, they may be damaged when heavy weight is used. See the CABLE DIAGRAMS on page 20 for proper cable routing. 20. Wrap the Low Cable (69) around a 90mm Pulley (15). Attach the Pulley and a pair of Pulley Covers (40) to the second set of holes from the bottom of the two Pulley Plates (58) with an M10 x 52mm Bolt (12) and an M10 Nylon Locknut (21).
