3. Insert the Resistance Cable (25) through the Upright (2) as shown. Then, attach the 3 Resistance Control (25) to the Upright with an M5 x 20mm Screw (76) and an M5 Washer (77). 7. Using a plastic bag to keep your hands clean, apply a generous amount of the included grease 7 to the right axle on the Upright (2) and to a Wave Washer (74). (18). Then, firmly tighten the two Right Thin Locknuts (36) clockwise onto the Right Crank Axle. Repeat this step on the left side of the elliptical.
